Website gift cards are used to shop our website only. These gift cards are bought and fulfilled through our website. Your gift card arrives via automated email. Use these gift cards can be used to purchase items in our online shop, Mystery Bags, or tickets to Fat Chats.
Website gift cards work for items/products/tickets on our website - garments in our online shop, Mystery Bags, or tickets to Fat Chats.
Website gift cards do not work for in-store shopping, shopping our Instagram story sales, purchasing Facebook Live Sale items, or for Style Sessions.
Website gift card purchase + delivery: Purchase website gift cards here! A gift card code will be delivered to your inbox via email. This gift card code is what’s used to shop our website.
You will not receive anything additional from us. Print or pass on the gift code email to your intended recipient.
Buy a gift card in-store to use in-store.
In-store gift cards are physical gift cards snail mailed to you or bought/picked-up in-store. They are for shopping in-person at our Minneapolis shop location. (This gift card option is most closely aligned with how our gift cards have previously operated.)
In-store gift cards work for in-store shopping, shopping our Instagram story sales, purchasing Facebook Live Sale items.
In-store gift cards do not work for any website products or to purchase Style Sessions.
In-store gift card purchase + delivery: Purchase in-store anytime we’re open. Or, give us a call to purchase over the phone to be snail mailed or for pick-up in-store.

Style Session gift cards are an opportunity for you to share a signature Cake service! Style Session rates include the service AND $100 store credit to be used during the session. These gift cards are bought and fulfilled through our website. Your gift card arrives via automated email to share as you see fit so they can schedule their session on our website.
Style Session gift cards work for mini, virtual, or standard Style Sessions. (Currently, Cat and Paxyshia offer Style Sessions at Cake.)
Style Session gift cards do not work for anything besides Style Sessions.
Style Session gift card purchase + delivery: Purchase your Style Session gift cards here. Choose your desired option and complete purchase. Look for your gift card code to be emailed to you. Share this with the recipient so they can schedule their Style Session on our website.
We know there are lots of options! Thanks for your flexibility as we create systems that allow for both a quicker gift card turn-around and more opportunities for gift card shopping. (Previously, gift cards were not accepted on our website.)
As a small business, we have multiple systems that we manually use together rather than robust integrated systems like you may be used to at big box stores. We appreciate your patience and flexibility with us and appreciate you thinking of us as you’re making your wish lists and gifting!
