Dress material has no stretch. There is some stretch/elastic at the waistband. Worn strapless here but has detachable, adjustable straps.
Inside of the top of the bust has a sticky liner that helps hold the dress up. Dress closes in the back with zipper. There is a lot of volume to the skirt! What a fun statement dress!
